I’ve been acquainted with Eric for some time but had never had a meal one on one with him. He lives near me so it was easy to arrange. I made some quinoa tabouleh salad and some chicken kabobs seasoned in a middle eastern style. We used the plates and cups, and at Eric’s suggestion we ate outside on the patio since the day was mild. Great conversation, and Eric was very intrigued by the concept of the project. He will attend the final activity if possible and is looking forward to it.
